In this treatment medicated oil is kept in the round wall area prepared by special method on knee joint. It is specially used in knee joint pain for soothing effect. .

The patient is made to lie on the treatment table.A boundary is built up on the affected knee joint by blackgram paste.The medicated oil is warmed and poured in to it and retained there for sometime.After few minutes oil and the blackgram paste is removed
